I rented a carseat, pack and play, and baby bath from Heavenly for the weekend. The items were clean and good quality. Lisa’s communication was great. There was a slight misunderstanding that the infant carseat does not automatically come with the newborn inserts, they must be requested separately, but Heavenly made it right and had a driver deliver them within a few hours. Would definitely rent from them again!
