Where Do We Deliver?

• FREE delivery to Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe on orders of $150 or more between 8am-6pm. For orders under $100, a $15 delivery fee applies.
• FREE delivery to all other cities on orders of $250 or more between 8am-6pm. For orders under $250, a $20-45 fee applies based on city.
• Not home? No problem! We can leave items on the porch (including at AirBnBs or VRBOs).
• We deliver to all Phoenix metro cities.

Traveling Beyond Phoenix?

Heading to Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, or other Arizona destinations? We’ll meet you at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Rental Car Center to hand off your gear before your drive.

Need Your Gear in 48 Hours or Less?

For last-minute orders, call us directly. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to help. Please note, no refunds are given for orders placed within 48 hours of delivery.

Airport Meet and Greet Delivery

• $30 for meet-and-greet delivery at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport’s Rental Car Center (8am-6pm).
• A minimum order of $100 applies (not including the delivery fee).If your order is under $100, we can still meet you for a total fee of up to $130.
• We’ll track your flight and meet you when you land.
• For returns, we allow a 10-minute grace period, after which a waiting fee of $30/15 minutes will apply unless you notify us in advance.

How Soon Should I Reserve?

As soon as your travel plans are confirmed! During peak seasons and holidays, gear can sell out weeks in advance.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment is processed when you book.
• For non-holiday rentals, cancellations or changes within 72 hours of delivery will incur a 50% charge.
• Full cancellations more than 72 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee.
• No refunds are given after the delivery date or for early returns.
• For holiday rentals (President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and December 15-January 5), cancellations or changes within 7 days will incur a 50% fee per item.
